Job Description
1. Receives inquiries and boosts sales and marketing activities
2. Conducts research on competitor’s products and services
3. Works in collaboration with the sales and marketing team
4. Takes feedback from clients and continues to improve based on feedback
5. Prepares monthly booking and event reports for incentives
6. Audits monthly booking requirements, documents, and payments
7. Expedites resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
8. Coordinates sales efforts with team members and other departments
9. Resolves customer complaints, investigates problems, and makes recommendations to management
10. Contributes to team efforts by achieving related results as needed
11. Builds strong customer relationships for long-lasting satisfaction
12. Monitors all correspondences for inquiries and booking reservations
13. Attends to inquiries and secures bookings by answering queries and submitting quotations
14. Organizes events such as team building, parties, meetings, and weddings
15. Prepares event orders and coordinates with other departments
16. Incorporates the resort’s branding in every event and booking
17. In-charge of PhilGEPS and government accounts
18. Performs additional tasks as instructed, attending expos, and fairs
