Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesperson to join our team at Lica Auto Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through research and outreach
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell a variety of auto parts to meet customer needs and drive sales
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product selection and installation
- Manage and track sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Proven track record in automotive sales and meeting sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Extensive knowledge of auto parts and their applications
- Ability to provide technical support and advice to customers
- Experience in CRM software and sales management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
