Job Description
- Sales and marketing of housing, or perform as broker when needed
- Communicate and follow-up with clients, in-house architects, and stakeholders to ease the project
- Timely report sales and collection data to the accounting department
- Manage projects by preparing the business development budget and continually track expenses
- Draft and execute letter of intent, contract to sell, contract amendments, quitclaims, and deeds
- Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time

- College graduate
- At least 3 years of experience as a sales executive
- Willingness to work in the real estate industry

- Experience in housing development or brokerage is a plus
- Basic knowledge and experience in real estate laws and regulations
