Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key travel agencies, ensuring revenue growth, account retention, and customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, negotiation, and execution of sales and partnership initiatives within the travel agency segment. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key travel agency accounts
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Track account metrics and KPIs for client satisfaction and growth
- Sales and Business Development:
- Implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling services
- Identify new business opportunities in existing accounts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for mutual benefits
- Communication:
- Conduct regular client check-ins and reviews
- Be the primary contact for key travel agency accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet account needs
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare sales reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor account performance metrics and create improvement plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in key account management (travel or hospitality industry a plus)
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
