Job Description
Y Hotels and Resorts Group Inc. is currently seeking a Sales Executive to promote company-owned properties such as condos and office leases. In this role, you will serve as a point of reference between the company and interested agents and will be responsible for advertising and promoting properties through various channels.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather interested agents to promote office leases and residential condos
- Advertise and promote properties through various channels
- Meet clients and assess their requirements to make appropriate suggestions
- Present properties to clients and address their questions and concerns
- Maintain a database of property lists, specifications, and client information
- Collaborate and network with contractors
- Report client visitation results and sales feedback to management
- Work with the marketing team to develop marketing materials
- Oversee transactions and draft contracts as needed
- Stay updated on market and property trends
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a sales agent and/or Real Estate Broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Any valid license to practice the profession of real estate broker/sales agent is an advantage
- Possession of a driver’s license is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
- Commission pay
