Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Expert to join our dynamic team at DHL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing quotations and contracts, including rate proposals and proposal writing.
- Supporting customer contact by preparing customer documents.
- Assisting in the customer planning and implementation process.
- Providing customer information to aid in the identification and qualification of sales leads.
- Analyzing the Sales Index to drive strategy.
- Preparing business reviews and sales reports, including revenue development and churn rates by customers.
