Job Description
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the sales division, fostering a high-performing team with strong motivation and expertise.
- Oversee the evaluation of team members’ performance, providing support and guidance for their career development.
- Develop and maintain an education manual to ensure continuous staff training and growth.
Performance Management:
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress to ensure targets are met.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data to manage team performance and behaviors, aligning them with company goals.
- Prepare and present progress and performance reports regularly.
Sales System Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies informed by market and competitive analysis.
- Identify and secure new partnerships and contracts to drive customer acquisition.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners and customers through strategic sales initiatives.
Strategic Planning:
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to formulate effective sales strategies.
- Explore opportunities to develop franchisees, particularly in the motorcycle and automobile sectors.
