Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
As Sales Head, your primary role is to accelerate the growth of sales and provide leadership over the sales division. You are to shape the sales organization and scale revenues to the next level. Since this is a data-driven role that requires a deep understanding of the consumer-based competitive market and commercial acumen, you are expected to have a deep understanding of such and create GTM and RTM strategies that are aligned with the plans of the company. As Sales Head, you will be directly reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer and will be required to submit reports directly to the Executive Committee.
