Job Description
Seoul Metal Philippines Inc. is currently hiring for the position of SALES/IMPEX STAFF. The responsibilities for this role include:
- Preparation and processing of PEZA and BOC documents such as PF 8106, eZTD, BOC Boat Note
- Preparation and processing of LOA, General and Sub LOA and also GTSB
- Compliance on PEZA and BOC regulation for warehousing and deliveries
- Knowledgeable in Shipping Incoterms
- Preparing Delivery Receipt, Billing Invoices and Checking Documents for the Deliveries
- Filing of received delivery documents after every delivery
- Maintain a high level of accuracy concerning the customs procedure and avoiding penalties
- Keep track of shipment status, charges, and payments
- Prepare documentation and assist in processing BOI and BIR requirements
- Help with shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions
- Monitoring Customer Purchase order
- Knowledgeable in quotation and negotiation
- Planning and scheduling delivery and shipments
- High Coordination for Answering Emails Calls and complaints of Customer
- Knowledgeable on simulation process
This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of Php15,00.00 – Php16,00.00 per month. The work schedule is an 8-hour shift, and additional benefits include 13th-month salary and overtime pay.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- 2 years of experience as a SALES/IMPEX STAFF (Preferred)
- Fluency in English (Preferred)
