Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and communicate with clients about package progress.
- Coordinate shipping with customs for overseas deliveries.
- Manage delivery logistics through data.
- Handle quotes and claims with insurance companies.
- Compile import-export documentation and manage shipment payments.
- Interact with third-party logistics providers.
- Maintain vendor and customer contacts for timely delivery.
- Review bills, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely payment processing.
- Conduct safety procedures for outbound vehicles.
- Manage PEZA processing permit and reportorial tasks.
Qualification:
– Vocational/College Graduate
– Experience in PEZA Processing is a plus
– Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
