Job Description
IQVIA is actively seeking a dedicated Sales Incentive Compensation Manager to lead the administration of Sales Incentive Compensation plans for a segment of the US Go-To-Market teams. Key responsibilities include compiling and analyzing data, applying crediting rules, calculating payouts, and ensuring adherence to Incentive Compensation governance.
