Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Accurately encode inventory data into the system, including product details, quantities, and locations.
- Update inventory records to reflect changes in stock levels, sales, and returns.
- Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating stock replenishment.
- Generate reports on inventory status, sales performance, and product availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team for accurate sales recording and order processing.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Follow established procedures to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in inventory and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory management or related roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Pay: Up to Php17,00.00 per month
