Job Description
- Actively source new sales opportunities through cold-calling, telemarketing, and emailing.
- Increase customer base and revenue through local market awareness.
- Deliver consistent high-quality customer services with a customer-focused attitude.
- Update rates for International and Forwarding transactions from various shipping lines.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of company’s service features and benefits.
- Utilize virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Assist the Sales Team in sending proposals and updated rates to customers.
- Create sales pipeline to accurately reflect sales prospects.
- Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers.
- Set up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representative.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Knowledgeable in logistics & forwarding.
- At least 1 year of related Sales and Marketing experience.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, phone, and cold calling skills.
- Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency.
- Amenable to work/relocate in San Pedro, Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
