Job Description
As a Sales Manager with AIA Philippines, you will be part of a special financing program. The program will grant you a special fund based on your recent cumulative income and includes:
- 30% to 60% Sales Commissions
- Production Incentives
- Recruitment Incentives
- Quarterly Performance Bonus
- Other Cash Incentives & Bonuses
- Travel Incentives
- Gadget Incentives
You will need to close a minimum of 2 insurance policies/clients monthly, work flexible hours, and display digital readiness. Experience in business or sales is advantageous, with the potential for fast-track growth to Unit Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From Php15,00.00 per month
Expected hours: 35 per week
