Job Description
Job Description:
- Recruit, train, and manage the in-house sales team.
- Develop sales strategies with senior management to meet targets.
- Identify new markets and create marketing campaigns.
- Coach and motivate team members for performance.
- Prepare management reports and handle buyer documentation.
Qualifications:
- 4-year degree required.
- 3 years of real estate recruitment and management experience.
- Knowledgeable in organic sales and documentation.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Other Details:
- Location: Magalang, Pampanga
- Schedule: Compressed (Mon-Fri, 8:30am – 6:30pm), Saturday readiness needed.
- Pay: Up to Php40,00 monthly + commission.
