Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Control budgets and optimize expenses.
- Ensure employees are motivated and productive.
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
- Provide recommendations/solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
- Accomplishes assigned administrative tasks in the system.
- Send monthly pictures of service vehicles in the branch.
- Ensure all the service vehicles are properly maintained.
- Perform weekly cycle count of branch parts inventory.
- Monitors and approve gate pass being issued to personnel.
- Facilitates inter-branch truck Transfer / Delivery.
- Ensure all trucks display/inventory is properly maintained.
- Ensure building/office equipment are properly maintained.
- Must do field work (with/without Truck Sales) focusing on LGUs
- Performs other duties as directed by the Immediate Superior.
