Job Description
A Sales Manager in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth for the organization. The Sales Manager is expected to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients.
As a Sales Manager in the BPO industry, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales pipeline, and mentoring and coaching the sales team. You will work closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales campaigns and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the BPO industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, a deep understanding of the BPO market and the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends is crucial.
