Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead digital and institutional sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, and manage strategic accounts.
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies and institutional partnership plans.
- Forecast targets, monitor performance, and optimize sales channels in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Coach and mentor the sales team, lead negotiations with key clients, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Require 5+ years in B2B or institutional sales, strong digital channel expertise, proven leadership and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and excellent communication.
