Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 72 college units
- Solid experience in real estate industry
- Proficient in various selling techniques
- Team leadership experience preferred
- Extensive prospecting knowledge
- Skilled in digital marketing
- Adept at meeting sales quotas
- Familiar with real estate documentation
- Must have 3 to 5 active salespersons
- Goal-oriented and driven
- Own working assets and stable internet
- Residents of Cavite, Laguna, or Batangas preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00/month
Benefits: Work from home
Schedule: Day shift, Flextime
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay
