Job Description
FIL INVEST LAND is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to lead our growing team in the real estate industry. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 72 college units, alongside substantial real estate experience and diverse selling techniques.
Key requirements: knowledge of prospecting techniques, digital marketing expertise, and meeting sales quotas. Ideal candidates should have team leadership experience with at least 3 to 5 active salespersons.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to Php35,00.00 per month, with flextime and remote work options. Preference will be given to residents of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas.
