Job Description
– Graduate of BS ECE, EE, ME
– With over 5 years of sales experience in the semicon industry, particularly final test operation
– Deep understanding of customer relationship and best practices
– Strong skills in setting sales goals and strategies
– Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
– Strong verbal and communication skills
– Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is an advantage
– Proficient in MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales personnel.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
