Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at JRC Cakeshop and Baking Supplies. In this role, you will oversee the sales team to ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved, provide training and mentorship to associates, and address escalated customer inquiries with professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in retail or sales, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and maintain a goal-oriented approach. A high school diploma is required, while a degree in business is preferred.
