Job Description
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote properties for sale.
- Market available properties to potential buyers through advertising, property tours, open houses, and other promotional events.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, and online listings.
- Negotiation with buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of budget, financial transactions, contract agreements, and property maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with Real Estate Agents and brokers to align traditional and digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage online advertising campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize results.
- Hire and train Real Estate agents.
- Ensure properties comply with LGU Requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs of properties.
- Monitor property expenses and budgets to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
