About Our Client
The multinational client focuses on the manufacturing and production of chemicals for crop protection.
Job Description
- Deliver the financial targets (e.g. Sales, EBITDA, and Working Capital) for General Trade business.
- Analyze Crop Protection market and develop Sales strategy including product portfolio, distribution channel, and Go-to-Market penetration strategy.
- Generate revenue and market share in General Trade by introducing new products available in the portfolio.
- Improve business contribution through the sale of differentiated portfolios.
- Ensure timely collections.
- To set up targets, to compile the yearly budget for General Trade business, be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial targets while ensuring optimal cost.
- Make an annual business plan and provide a 12-month forecast in alignment with the business plan.
- Establish and strengthen cooperation with new/existing Distributors, Dealers, and retailers.
- To manage, hire, develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive their performance to achieve business targets.
- Increase market share in the General Trade market.
The Successful Applicant
- A BS degree in Agriculture, Management, Marketing, or any related courses.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in Sales in the Crop protection industry.
- An Excellent understanding of financial concepts.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Consistent in achieving goals; able to work under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Driving ability.
- Willing to travel within but not limited to Manila.
