Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing or Business
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment, or laundry machine sales preferred
- Strong strategic planning and organizing skills, goal-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop operational plans aligned with sales strategies and targets
- Formulate sales strategies to achieve sales volumes and department profitability
- Review pricing strategies for optimization and competitive bids
- Supervise promotional and advertising activities
- Maintain positive relations with customers and suppliers
- Recruit and assign qualified personnel
- Provide comprehensive training programs for sales staff
- Coordinate with other departments on credit and collection issues
