Job Description
The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Manager include assessing clients’ financial situations, understanding their needs, providing guidance on financial products, cultivating client relationships, networking, and staying updated on industry trends.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence. Managing recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Job qualifications:
- 4 Years Graduate (any course)
- Amenable to work around Metro Manila or nearby provinces
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, OJT (On the job training), Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: Php5,00.00 – Php10,00.00 per week
Expected hours: 3 – 5 per week
