Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 72 units in college
- Solid experience in the real estate industry
- Experience in different selling techniques
- Experience in leading a team is strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge in different prospecting techniques
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing
- Meet sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Knowledgeable in real estate documentation processes
- 3 to 5 active/ready salespersons
- Goal-oriented
- Own working assets such as computer, laptop, tablets, or cellphones and stable internet connection
- Residents of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
