Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 72 units in college
- Solid experience in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in various selling techniques
- Previous team leadership experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of prospecting techniques
- Familiarity with digital marketing
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Understanding of real estate documentation processes
- Minimum of 3 to 5 active/ready sales persons
- Goal-oriented mindset
- Own working assets (computer, laptop, tablets, cellphones, stable internet connection)
- Residence in Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
