Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year course
- Good communication, management, and leadership skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 3 years in recruitment and managing in real estate
- 3 years of experience as Sales Manager
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 6:30pm, with possible Saturday work
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage the in-house sales team.
- Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in closing sales and provide coaching.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: Sales Manager: 3 years (Preferred)
