Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or completed at least 72 units in college
- Solid experience in the real estate industry
- Experience in different selling techniques
- Experience in leading a team strongly preferred
- Extensive knowledge in prospecting techniques
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing
- Meeting sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly
- Knowledgeable in the real estate documentation process
- Must have at least 3 to 5 active sales persons
- Goal-oriented with own working assets
- Residents of Cavite, Laguna, and Batangas (a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
