Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of salespeople, including the CSA
- Develop a sales plan to support the overall business objectives
- Identify opportunities for growth and expansion in target markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects
- Track sales performance metrics and analyze sales data
- Prepare sales forecasts and cooperate with other departments
- Prepare reports on sales activities and metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience with a strong track record
- Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Computer literacy, organizational, and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
