Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the sales team, setting sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and developing new business opportunities.
Your main duties will include managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends, and providing guidance and support to the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive company growth
- Identifying and targeting new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Managing key client relationships and negotiating contracts
- Training and mentoring the sales team to increase their effectiveness
