Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Forecasting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to enhance overall business performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
