Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets. You will also oversee a team of sales representatives, provide training, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
- Set sales targets and closely monitor performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Provide training and guidance to sales team members
