Job Description
FIL INVEST is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate team. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree or have completed at least 72 units in college, with a strong background in the real estate industry.
Key qualifications include knowledge of prospecting methods, digital marketing expertise, and familiarity with real estate documentation. Candidates should have a team of 3 to 5 active salespersons and be goal-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Up to Php35,00.00/month | Benefits: Work from home, Day shift, Flextime | Supplemental Pay: Commission.
