Job Description
Position Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Salary: 30,00 – 50,00 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 9:00 PM TO 6:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to strategic sales and marketing plans for Membership goals.
- Ensure alignment of communications and materials with the brand guidelines.
- Identify Qualified Opportunities and maintain CRM contact lists.
- Keep the CRM updated and accurate, implementing automations as needed.
- Create engaging content for outreach and newsletters.
- Follow up on membership opportunities and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings for the Membership team.
- Develop market-ready events in Peoplevine.
- Manage partnership promotional communications.
- Prepare agreements from templates.
- Utilize client testimonials to boost memberships.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends and new marketing methods.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and promotional materials.
- Review reporting tools for strategic insights.
- Collaborate with the social media manager to generate leads and revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and marketing coordination
- Proficient in CRM systems and marketing tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
