Job Description
Requirements:
- 8+ years sales experience in Real Estate (as an internal employee)
- Experienced in recruiting and managing internal sales teams
- Proficient in data collection, reporting, and analysis
- Strong management skills
Responsibilities as an internal employee:
- Managed sales teams and direct networks
- Recruited teams to sell specific properties
- Developed performance strategies and training programs
- Oversaw team management and data analysis
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
