Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities: Recruits, trains, and manages the in-house sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develops sales strategies with management to achieve targets.
- Identifies new markets and creates marketing campaigns.
- Trains new sales agents on products and services.
- Coaches sales team performance and motivation.
- Prepares reports and meets documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10 years of experience in Real Estate sales management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Pay: From Php 45,00.00/month
