Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Developing long-lasting relationships with customers
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the products
- Reaching out to potential customers and encouraging purchases
- Screening and training sales employees
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales, appointments, and complaints
- Collaborating with the marketing department to reach the target audience
- Regular competitor checks and suggesting ways to boost sales
Job qualifications
- Graduate of business management, marketing, or equivalent
- Proven sales experience and reaching quotas
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php15,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Experience:
- Jewelry sales: 2 years (Preferred)
