Job Description
Job Overview
- Work with Marketing on developing programs for new and existing accounts to meet target volume and profit objectives
- Prepares sales/service proposals for prospective clients
- Coordinate with the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) for affiliation and accreditation
- Coordinates with Credit and Collection all outstanding balance of existing clients and other receivables
Client Management
- Ensures delivery of excellent customer service and builds long-term relationships with clients
- Handle complaints and address concerns promptly
- Provide updates on medical services, particularly changes in scope and rates with reference to the coverage and validity of their existing contracts
- Assists the Business Office on Credit and Collection problems of company clients as required
Qualifications
- University degree in a business or communications-related field
- At least 4-5 years’ experience in an Account management role with experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a pharmaceutical (medical representative) setting; Hospital, HMO, or insurance industry is also acceptable
- Preferably with experience in sales and regular communication with Physicians of different expertise
- Able to create Sales Strategies
- Good communication skills (oral & written)
- Willing to be assigned in Arca South, Taguig on an on-site work setup. This position is non-mobilized (with minimal to no field work)
