Job Description
A. Deliver on Sales Targets
- Conduct daily sales activities to meet the company’s sales and productivity targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales activities of agents under his/her leadership.
- Set sales targets for sales agents, monitor, and ensure achievement of targets.
- Develop daily and weekly itineraries for the agents to ensure they meet required client visits.
- Address issues raised by agents in the team and work on developing solutions. Escalate issues to Field Sales Supervisor when necessary.
- Ensure that sales operations conducted by agents are within company standards and align with company values.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales growth.
B. Develop a Highly Productive Sales Team
- Handle the hiring and performance of sales agents under the team.
- Ensure the sales teams have the right tools, skills, product knowledge, and discipline for high performance.
Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years of related experience from Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Local BPOs focused on Debt Management, Underwriting, or Sales of a Financing Product.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay Types:
- 13th-month salary
Experience:
- Field Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
