Job Description
The Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCOM) is seeking a full-time, in-person Sales Officer to solicit microloan borrowers, process applications, and grow a loan portfolio to meet targets for Outstanding Balance (OB), Average Daily Balance (ADB), and borrower counts. The role involves minimizing non-performing loans through regular borrower engagement, verifying payments, and resolving application, approval, disbursement, and payment inquiries with professional customer service. You will also gather client and territory feedback to improve products and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Qualifications: valid driver’s license with motorcycle proficiency; professional driver’s license preferred.
