Job Description
A. Deliver on Sales Targets
- Conduct daily sales activities to meet the company’s sales and productivity targets.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales activities of agents under his/her leadership.
- Set sales targets for sales agents, monitor, and ensure achievement of targets.
- Develop daily and weekly itineraries for the agents to ensure required client visits.
- Address issues raised by team members and provide solutions, escalating complex issues to the Field Sales Supervisor.
- Ensure sales operations by agents align with company standards and values.
- Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales growth.
B. Develop a Highly Productive Sales Team
- Manage the hiring and performance of sales agents within the team.
- Equip the sales team with necessary tools, skills, product knowledge, and discipline for high performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industries like Lending/Financing, Banking, Credit and Collections, Debt Management BPOs, Underwriting, or Financing Product Sales.
