Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual for the position of Sales Operation Assistant at Ramesh Trading Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation of sales documents, including proposals, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Managing and updating sales databases and systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Tracking and monitoring sales orders and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for the management team.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. It is also important to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams and build positive relationships with clients.
