Position: CRM Specialist – Sales
Company Industry: Biotechnology Company
Location: Taguig
Salary Offer: Php33,00 package
Work Schedule: Shift: Monday – Friday, 11:00am – 8:00pm
Night Shift (Monday – Friday)
Work Set Up: Onsite for the first 3-6 months of probation, Hybrid upon regularization (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite per week)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- With experience in sales support or coordination is an advantage
- With knowledge in SFDC and SAP is a plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange samples and create quotations
- Entering account and customer data
- Provide documents for the company
- Helps in filling out customers required form
- Answer’s customers inquiries in phone or email
- Provide order-related information
- Provide quote requests, discounts, inventory checks, etc. to sales team
- Meet with other internal departments
- Communicate updates with the Sales Team
- Assist Sales Team if needed
- Helps in documentation of SOP
- Other duties may be assigned by immediate superior
