Job Description
Ensure that all logistics and administrative requirements of the Sales and Operations Department are properly handled and coordinated.
Assists in the proper implementation and monitoring of the Sales and Operations Department policies and procedures.
Performs a variety of routine secretarial, clerical and administrative duties such as: typing correspondence and memos, performing routine clerical and maintaining department/section files and supplies.
Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports.
Confer and coordinate activities with other departments.
Adheres to company policies and procedures.
Takes responsibility in taking care of assigned and company’s assets as well as equipment within the area of responsibility.
Performs other related duties as may be deemed necessary by the immediate superior/the management.
