Job Description
Qualifications:
- Solid 1 year experience in outbound sales
- Solid 2 years of experience as operations manager (BPO)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Cavite
- Must be willing to start ASAP
As an Operations Manager, you will:
- Make sure that KPIs are being met consistently;
- Effectively make each employee reach their best potential;
- Creatively devise effective plans on how to make each employee reach their targets;
- Gain the trust and respect of your employees;
- Identify your people’s strengths and weaknesses;
- Assign tasks that will help people showcase their talents and work on their weaknesses; and
- Manage relationships better and develop people at the same time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php90,00.00 – Php97,00.00 per month
