Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist focused on Booking Conversion to optimize the booking funnel and improve conversion performance. The role requires analyzing conversion metrics, managing CRM workflows (Salesforce preferred), designing and executing A/B tests, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Support to implement data-driven changes.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in sales operations or growth; strong analytical skills with Excel and SQL.
- Experience with CRM platforms, a process-improvement mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Responsible for delivering actionable KPI reports and leading experiments that drive measurable booking growth.
