Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The primary task of the sales agent is to assist the customer during the loan onboarding process for UNO’s newest loan product.
- Answering customer queries and ensuring eligibility requirements are met.
- Collecting and recording customer information accurately with confidentiality.
- Upselling UNO loan products and achieving sales targets.
- Establishing positive relationships with customers, cold calling, and providing reports to management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Pleasing personality, good communication skills.
- Willing to work in various locations within the Philippines.
- College graduate with at least 1 year of POS loans experience.
- Prior experience with HomeCredit and access to an Android smartphone.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php692.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits: Paid training
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Holidays, Rotational shift, Weekends
Supplemental pay types: 13th-month salary
