Job Description
- Receive and process sales orders from customers.
- Prepare purchase orders for suppliers based on sales needs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and delivery status.
- Coordinate with logistics providers for shipment and delivery of goods.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and inventory levels.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of relevant accounting experience is required.
- Experience with Procurement.
- Knowledge of warehouse and stock control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00 – Php25,00 per month
Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
